Our free exchange policy is for US customers, excluding US territories, only and applies to one exchange with items in new condition. If additional exchanges are needed the customer will need to pay for shipping costs.
If you’re an international customer or from a US territory looking to exchange for another size, give us a heads up here first. You can then ship the item back using the return address above. Once the item is received we will process a full refund for the cost of the item.
You can then purchase the correct size you need by placing a new order. You do not have to wait for us to receive your return prior to purchasing your correct size. You can do this at any time that is convenient for you.

If you purchased more than one bottle of a supplement on your first purchase and don’t like it, we would ask that you send the unopened bottles back to us (a prepaid return label will be sent) because we can put them back into our sellable inventory.
