Hang on! Here’s the thing…
Many ingredients said to help with performance simply don’t have the scientific evidence to back it up!
Some examples are L-arginine, tyrosine, B vitamins, taurine, branched-chain amino acids, L-norvaline, and evodiamine.
In the case of Hi-Dosis Pre Workout, however, each ingredient was carefully chosen based on scientific proof of safety and effectiveness, which naturally limited our choices.
The result is a pre-workout supplement unlike any other on the market, with every ingredient backed by good scientific research and included at clinically effective levels.
The evidence for betaine to be of benefit just aren’t strong enough to justify including it in our pre workout.
There are some studies that show improvements, but then others that show no improvement.
Additionally, according to Examine.com all current studies that show benefit are performed by Danisco, a producer of betaine. This leaves room for bias.

Simply put: it works, it’s safe, and it doesn’t matter when you take it, so you might as well take it in your pre workout.
Again, creatine can be taken at any time after the loading phase.
Currently studies show the benefits of creatine are more prominent when taken closer to your workout. Whether that’s pre or post workout, the benefits seem to be equal.

No! Citrulline malate absorbs moisture and can cause clumping from moisture in the air.
This has no effect on the strength or effectiveness, once you add water any clumps should dissolve and mix.
If you want to avoid this, try to keep your Hi-Dosis Pre workout in a cool dry place.
Simple. Just increase the amount of water you’re using to 12 or more ounces of water.
Alternatively if you want a stronger taste you can use slightly less water.
The only ingredient you could build a tolerance to is caffeine. To avoid this, we recommend avoiding or limiting caffeine on non-training days.
If two scoops seems like too much, I recommend taking the minimum effective dose. In your case that may be one scoop.
Even one scoop contains several times more effective ingredients compared to other pre workouts!
