Hi-Dosis Pre Workout – Citrus
PRE WORKOUT THAT DOESN’T SUCK.
If you’re one of the many people that don’t know exactly how to read a pre-workout label you may not realize… you’re being duped!
Sure, maybe your current pre-workout gives a quick caffeine buzz.
But… regardless of the marketing hype, here’s the hard fact:
Most pre workouts only have one ingredient you actually feel. One that works…
One ingredient that you’d also get with a cheap cup of coffee… caffeine.
Does it really make sense to spend your hard earned cash on a pre-workout that’s no more effective than coffee?
One with no strong evidence backing its several other ingredients that you thought… worked?
Now let’s get real. There are only a few ingredients that have unbiased proof, based on research, to be effective in increasing your work out performance…
What’s all those other ingredients and blends on the label that you paid a fortune for?
Marketing gimmick and cheap fillers designed to increase company profits at your expense.
Not cool. So we took an extremely different approach…
WHY HI-DOSIS BEATS YOUR OTHER PRE WORKOUT…
NO FILLERS. NO BLENDS. NO BS.
Naturally Sweetened, Flavored, and Undyed
Made in the USA in a GMP Certified Facility
100% Banned Substance Free
Third Party Lab Tested
NO FILLERS. NO GIMMICS. NO MICRODOSES. NO BS.
“…but I heard (insert exotic ingredient name) is KEY, from the guy at the gym! How’s a guy supposed to know?“
Luckily for you the research is in…and there’s only a few ingredients that are actually worth paying for, worth putting into your body.
You don’t have to sift through 100’s of ingredients. Just a few.
Even better, you don’t have to take my word for it (or any companies word for it – I’ll admit we’re biased)…
You can double check all these claims yourself with a quick internet search. I encourage it. It’s free!
…just don’t close out of the page on the way out, because you’ll soon realize you want this offer.
I’ll give you a quick run down of the important stuff, then you can browse the studies on your own if you’d like… here we go.
THE ONLY INGREDIENTS THAT MADE THE HI-DOSIS CUT.
FIRST AN IMPORTANT NOTE: If an ingredient below isn’t listed it is not a mistake…
It’s because there’s not enough strong evidence to support the unlisted ingredient as being worth using or buying.
Here’s the ingredients (and dosages) that are PROVEN and worth using.
8g L-Citrulline Malate: Maybe most expensive ingredient of the lineup for us. That’s why ‘nobody’ has it or has only a microdose. Proven to greatly increase nitric oxide production, bigger pumps, reduced fatigue, reduce muscle soreness. Must have a large dosage. (We have 8 grams)
5g Creapure® Creatine: This must-have supplement is extremely well documented to be safe and effective. Known to increase work capacity. Creapure® is specially manufactured in Germany to the highest standards. Bottom line: it’s the most premium creatine you can get.
300mg Anhydrous Caffeine: Deeply researched and shown to be an effective stimulant. Increases focus and alertedness during training. We’ve found 300mg to be just the right amount.
3.2g CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine: Shown to increase muscular endurance in high rep scenarios. Again we used the patented version from CarnoSyn® to ensure each ingredient is the best of the best.
Now, take a closer look and you’ll see where we “lack” in filler ingredients we make up for in dosages.
Because we are replacing filler with expensive but neccessary ingredients, Hi-Dosis has a concentration that’s through the roof.
Even a partial serving of Hi-Dosis has 100-500% or more effective ingredients compared to virtually any other brand we could find.
Feel free to compare the label to your current pre workout.
NOW IT’S UP TO YOU…
Hi-Dosis is a supplement that’s always been missing.
Something the community needs to have.
But, we can’t do it alone.
Here at Lift Unlimited we are a (relatively) small community that needs support from people like you…
People that are educated consumers; that won’t stand for scammy advertising, overpriced products, full of useless fillers.
So here’s my pitch… try us out!
Support the movement today by ordering, and we’ll be around to supply you with your next order when you need it!
It’s 100% risk free. If you don’t like it, send it back and we’ll refund you every penny.

The problem with proprietary blends comes down to the fact that you, as a buyer, will never know what and how much you’re consuming.
Also, you’ll be sure the company doesn’t want you to know exactly what’s in the bottle you’re buying.
Because of the protection of secrecy it more easily enables companies to use fillers and ingredients you wouldn’t actually spend money on willingly.
It can be used for that!
When we use the term “clinically dosed” we mean that…
In our products, each ingredient chosen is research backed. We don’t just put anything in there, or sell secret proprietary blend potions. These studies mention dosages used during the trial.
This simply means there’s enough of the active ingredient to actually be effective. A small amount of even the greatest ingredient may leave you with no measurable benefit – it’s useless.
For that reason, always be sure to read your labels. Just because a good ingredient is stated doesn’t necessarily mean the product is any good.
Companies are never forced to prove their supplements are safe to consume, or even contain the contents on their label before being sold!
Supplement manufactures may cut corners to increase their profit by using cheaper ingredients, fillers, and spiking.
This is where third party testing comes in.
In the case of Hi-Dosis, a reputable and unbiased lab called LabDoor receives a randomly chosen bottle of Hi-Dosis to run several tests.
Some of these tests include:
1. label accuracy 2. contaminants 3. banned substances 4. ingredient safety
We pay the lab upfront for testing. There is no benefit for the lab to give a good test result.
It’s very costly which is why it is so rarely done by other companies, but we believe it’s absolutely mandatory.
We feel strongly that we have the right to make informed decisions on what we consume.
Nope! Many have this concern, but the evidence just isn’t strong enough to justify that the two are any less effective when taken separately.
Creapure Creatine very recently revised their FAQ’s to reflect this as well.
Here’s two studies showing ingesting caffeine + creatine together results in greater improvements in exercise and performance.
 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12439084 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21207054
I understand where you’re coming from though! This idea has been going around for awhile.
Here’s another link you may find interesting on this.
From Creapure: “It is assumed that there is a negative interaction between pure caffeine and creatine, but the results of studies remain incomplete.”
Hang on! Here’s the thing…
Many ingredients said to help with performance simply don’t have the scientific evidence to back it up!
Some examples are L-arginine, tyrosine, B vitamins, taurine, branched-chain amino acids, L-norvaline, and evodiamine.
In the case of Hi-Dosis Pre Workout, however, each ingredient was carefully chosen based on scientific proof of safety and effectiveness, which naturally limited our choices.
The result is a pre-workout supplement unlike any other on the market, with every ingredient backed by good scientific research and included at clinically effective levels.
The evidence for betaine to be of benefit just aren’t strong enough to justify including it in our pre workout.
There are some studies that show improvements, but then others that show no improvement.
Additionally, according to Examine.com all current studies that show benefit are performed by Danisco, a producer of betaine. This leaves room for bias.
Some information about betaine can be found here: https://examine.com/supplements/trimethylglycine/
Supplementation of BCAA’s is unnecessary for those with sufficient protein intake (1-1.5g per kg of bodyweight).
You may find this article on BCAA supplementation interesting: https://examine.com/supplements/branched-chain-amino-acids/
Creatine is one of the most researched supplements on the market with a proven track record. We’ve included it because it is a PROVEN supplement that can be taken at any time that benefits you as a consumer.
Check out Examine.com, they have listed over 700+ studies on creatine alone!
Simply put: it works, it’s safe, and it doesn’t matter when you take it, so you might as well take it in your pre workout.
Again, creatine can be taken at any time after the loading phase.
Currently studies show the benefits of creatine are more prominent when taken closer to your workout. Whether that’s pre or post workout, the benefits seem to be equal.
Examine.com mentions this on their Creatine page: https://examine.com/supplements/creatine/, or you can check out a study specifically on creatine timing here: http://old.teknoscienze.com/articles/agro-food-industry-hi-tech-creatine-timing-on-muscle-mass-and-strength-appetizer-or-dessert-.aspx
No! Citrulline malate absorbs moisture and can cause clumping from moisture in the air.
This has no effect on the strength or effectiveness, once you add water any clumps should dissolve and mix.
If you want to avoid this, try to keep your Hi-Dosis Pre workout in a cool dry place.
Simple. Just increase the amount of water you’re using to 12 or more ounces of water.
Alternatively if you want a stronger taste you can use slightly less water.
The only ingredient you could build a tolerance to is caffeine. To avoid this, we recommend avoiding or limiting caffeine on non-training days.
If two scoops seems like too much, I recommend taking the minimum effective dose. In your case that may be one scoop.
Even one scoop contains several times more effective ingredients compared to other pre workouts!
Yes! With our full 8 grams of citrulline malate you are getting the proper dosage that’s scientifically proven to dramatically increase nitric oxide production.
