Decided to give Oly lifting a whirl. Within a month I ended up spraining my wrist trying to bailout too late on a clean. Re-evaluated things a bit (weighing out the risks vs rewards with that sport) and decided to come out of retirement from powerlifting and move up to the next weight class (59/60kg -> 66/67.5kg). Bodyweight has been floating up fairly easily and I figured it's about time to take advantage of that to see where the new gains can take me. Goal is to stay away from competing for about 2 years and gun for a 1400 total when I do compete. Leggo!

High bar intensity is wrecking me more than low bar it seems. My shoulders love high bar but everything else hurts lol. Can't wait to get back to low bar training in a couple weeks. Also, the thought of introducing wraps scares me (just purchased a pair of Titan Signature Golds) but top 3 highest wilks in the USPA at 5 different events this year gets a free trip to Vegas.
