I had to use my inhaler

The DB bench was for 6 straight minutes and the OH Press/Face Pulls were supersetted for 10 minutes

Finished up with a Tabata calorie row. I like using this as an easy repeatable way to measure anaerobic capacity. Basically, I am using this one as a baseline (71 calories) for later testing.

This was depressing because my best ever on DB bench was 40s for 10 minutes and I've gotten over 90 on the tabata row before. Oh well. Gotta start somewhere. Again. For like the 5,000th time.

My next couple goals coming up: Do a full meet or a push pull un January then go to push pull nationals next year. And no need more surgeries.
