Shitty sleep, for some reason woke up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep, power nap at 8am before work and a 2 hour nap in the afternoon, and an extra cup of coffee lol

a. 12 lunges ss w 6 squat jumps
b. 3 wall walks ss w 6 push ups

 

3m amrap 3 rounds, 2m rest in between
12 burpees
100 single unders
20 cal row
First 2 rounds got through 2 burpees, last round got through 6! Learning to push harder
