Same as yesterday, + 10 band goodmornings

 

Worked up to 135kgs for 1 on the dl
Threw on a belt and went for 2, belt snapped off on the second rep, guess I need a bigger belt lol
Both sets hips shot up right away and was pretty much all back, need to work on that, but I'll take it

 

5m amrap (all 3 amraps as follows, work through, then reverse it, so ex: 21 squats, 15 pu, 18 pull ups etc)
21 air squats
15 push ups
9 pull ups

 

1m rest

 

5m amrap
9 kb swings w green
7 burpees
5 pull ups

 

1m rest

 

5m amrap
21 cal row
15 goblet squats
9 burpee pull ups

 

Hs and du work, pull ups are getting a lot better
