Not a typical LIFT news post, Jesse Norris steps on stage for his first bodybuilding competition. Rumor has it that he placed third at the “21st Annual NGA Northwest Natural Spring Show” this Saturday. Pictures to be posted soon on the Hydraulix facebook page.
If the name doesn’t sound familiar, check out Jesse Norris’ Interview, along with his latest meet where he totalled an incredible 1850 lbs at 198 body weight!
I have read this forum strand and I can truly state that things never change. I have been coaching young strength athletes for over 10 years and every time one starts to stand out from the crowd they must be taking something. Well mr. Brian CP you are way out in left field on this one. I have been coaching Jesse since he started powerlifting after 8th grade. I can say he is the most tested teenager in this sport. IOC tests at least 5 times. He is a unique young man and will accomplish things in this sport that have never been done. He is respected all around the world by coaches and lifters alike, but there are always a few whose first thoughts are that he must be on something. Come spend a month and train with him…you will understand why he is so accomplished. Just my 5 cents worth.
